What to Bring to Your Fingerprinting Appointment

Please bring a valid government-issued photo identification from the list below. We accept multiple forms of identification to verify your personal information and citizenship status:

  • State-issued driver’s license
  • State-issued identification card
  • A passport (accepted for citizenship and immigration verification)
  • U.S. military identification card
  • Expired driver’s license with renewal slip (if your current ID has expired)
  • Government photo IDs from other countries 

Important Note: For FBI criminal history checks, we require two forms of identification to verify your information. Please bring additional identification, such as a Birth Certificate, SS card, any utility bill, or insurance card that has your address on it.
