What to Bring to Your Fingerprinting Appointment

Please bring a valid government-issued photo identification from the list below. We accept multiple forms of identification to verify your personal information and citizenship status:

State-issued driver’s license
State-issued identification card
A passport (accepted for citizenship and immigration verification)
U.S. military identification card
Expired driver’s license with renewal slip (if your current ID has expired)
Government photo IDs from other countries

Important Note: For FBI criminal history checks, we require two forms of identification to verify your information. Please bring additional identification, such as a Birth Certificate, SS card, any utility bill, or insurance card that has your address on it.
