What We Provide: From Card to Compliance

When you bring your FINRA fingerprint card (or other required card), we:

  • Collect your fingerprints using methods compliant with FBI standards (ink or live scan, as appropriate).
  • Complete all required fields on the card clearly and accurately, using certified‑grade capture techniques.
  • Review the completed card before you leave to help ensure it meets agency standards.
  • Provide guidance if you have questions about the fingerprinting process, acceptable IDs, or how to return your card to your broker‑dealer.

What You Need to Bring

Bring with you:

  • Your FINRA‑specific fingerprint card (or other fingerprint card required for your licensing or registration).
  • A valid government‑issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID.
  • If required for FBI background checks: a second form of ID (e.g. birth certificate, Social Security card, or a recent utility bill) to verify your identity.

    Note: Our physical offices are located in Bloomington, MN, and Eagan, MN. If you are located elsewhere, you may need to arrange for your FINRA fingerprint card to be mailed or submitted via alternative methods.
